This policy explains what information nodalwire.com collects, why, and how you can reach us with questions or requests.
Effective date: September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to NodalWire LLC (“NodalWire,” “we,” “us”) and the website at nodalwire.com. It describes the information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information in three ways, and only three ways. We do not use ad networks, retargeting pixels, or any other tracking beyond what is described below.
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company (if provided), and the message you send. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. The form also includes a hidden field used to detect automated spam submissions; it does not collect anything from real visitors.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, including pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can read Google's own privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
If you book a consultation through a Calendly link on this site, that booking happens on Calendly's own platform, under Calendly's own privacy policy, not this one. We only receive the scheduling details needed to conduct the meeting you booked.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. Calendly may also set its own cookies when its scheduling widget is loaded. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how Calendly's scheduling widget behaves.
We share information only with the services that help us run this site (Google Analytics for usage data, Calendly for scheduling), and when required to comply with applicable law. We do not share contact form submissions with any other third party.
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our own business recordkeeping. You can request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us using the details below.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted to us, email contact@nodalwire.com.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
NodalWire LLC is based in Plano, Texas, USA, and this policy is governed by Texas law. If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at contact@nodalwire.com or through our contact page.
